Our bar pulls classic macchiatos alongside pour‑overs that show the floral lift of Yirgacheffe and the fruit depth of Guji. Prefer something cooler? Sip the slow‑brewed iced Sidama touched with local honey.
Three small pours, incense curling upward, popcorn on the side—that’s the traditional buna service. We roast a handful of beans, grind them on the spot, and brew in a jebena. Share all three cups or take one and pass the pot; either way, the ritual sets an easy tone for the rest of the day.
